I am very pleased to let members and supporters know that His Excellency Dato' Roslan Abdul Rahman, Malaysian High Commissioner to Australia, will be in Brisbane this coming weekend. He will be accompanied by Ms Kartini Tajul (Vice Consul from Education Malaysia) and Mr Afiq (Education Attache), and Ms Noraisyah Nordin, Trade and Investment Consul and Head of MIDA in Oceania (Malaysian Investment Development Authority).

On Saturday 19th March we are arranging a dinner at Queensland Parliament to welcome H.E. Dato' Roslan and his party to Queensland. It will be kept to a fairly small number, with a limit of around 20 guests, to allow all attendees opportunity for discussion and networking. Thanks to the generosity of MIDA, we are able to offer this event at a subsidized rate.

Venue: River Deck, Queensland Parliament, George Street, Brisbane (entry via the Parliamentary Annexe on Alice Street)

Cost: $85 per person for dinner, dessert and drinks

Dress: Business Attire (suit and tie). Please wear full decorations (medals etc.)
