Celebrate Christmas at Queensland Parliament with an evening of traditional Christmas dinner, Imperial-era cocktails, fabulous entertainment, our annual strategic issues discussion forum, and our ancient rites and rituals. The 2022 Christmas Ball at Queensland Parliament will once again be hosted by the AMBCQ in association with the Nordic Forum of Australia, and the International Circle. Regular attendees at the Ball include elected representatives, senators and MPs, diplomats, community leaders, senior government officials, and business leaders.

This year is special for the AMBCQ as we are also celebrating 15 years since we were incorporated, an exciting milestone to celebrate.

Tickets will be limited so book your place early to avoid disappointment. Please note dress code is formal white tie/tailcoat and ball gown, or if this is not possible then semi-formal black tie (black dinner suit, white dinner shirt, black bowtie, black cummerbund), or alternatively, formal highland dress, formal academic dress or mess dress. Full decorations (medals etc) are to be worn. It is a real treat to see all our friends resplendent in their attire, so attendees are encouraged to embrace the dress code.

Venue:  Premiers’ Hall, Queensland Parliament, George Street, Brisbane (entry via Alice Street annexe)

Date:  Friday 4th November 2022

Time: 6pm sharp 

Inclusions: Buffet dinner and dessert, and beverages.

Places are limited so book early. We offer discounted tickets for full time students and children under 18.

Tickets:

General tickets $138 per person

Full time students $120 per person
