Asia Pacific Triennial Tour and Picnic

Join us on Saturday 16th April at 12:30pm for a visit to the Asia Pacific Triennial. This major art exhibition is hosted by GOMA and QAG every three years and is a gathering of art and artists from around the Asia Pacific. We will meet at the entrance and then tour the exhibition. Following the exhibition, we will have a picnic outside the gallery (if it is raining, we have an alternate venue for an indoor picnic). 

Date:      Saturday 16th April

Time:      12:30pm

Venue:     Meet at the entrance of the Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA). The picnic will take place on the grounds outside of GOMA following the event.

Cost:         $10 per person for the picnic, children free

Dresscode: Smart casual, suitable for a picnic

Parking:    At the time of writing, the Cultural Centre (GOMA etc) carparks are currently closed due to damage from the recent floods. There is limited street parking in nearby West End, carparks at Southbank and Convention Centre, or you can park at King George Square and cross over the bridge (a 10 minute stroll).

Please note we have changed the date of this event. On the 14th April, mandatory proof of vaccination or proof of exemption will no longer be required to enter GOMA therefore EVERYONE is welcome to attend, regardless of their vaccination status.
