About the Event
Join AMBCQ members and supporters to explore mindfulness and mental health on Sunday 9th October at the Indooroopilly Library, Level 4 of the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. After hours access to the Library meeting room is via the carpark on Level 4.
This is a free event with dinner provided. A contribution can be made to assist with cost recovery.
